The petition to designate a new local historic district, with standards regulating the design of new construction and additions to existing buildings, will be considered by the Housing, Urban Development & Zoning Committee of the Board of Alderman on January 23, 2019. A public hearing will be held in Room 208, City Hall, at 1200 Market Street, St. Louis at 9:00 A.M.
The hearing will be open to the public. All interested parties can attend and express their views. Written comments can also be included into the public record.
