The City's Preservation Board will consider revised Standards for Rehabilitation and New Construction in the Lafayette Square Historic District

The Preservation Board will hold a public meeting to review proposed revisions to the Lafayette Square Historic District Standards for Rehabilitation and New Construction at 4 PM on October 22, 2018. The meeting will be held at the Cultural Resources Office at 1520 Market Street, Second Floor.

The revisions clarify some issues of the current Standards and propose new design standards for new construction in the northeast quadrant of the district.

All are welcome to attend and public testimony will be taken. A draft of the document can be seen here:
