The City of St. Louis Building Division's appreciates reports of building code, health, safety or historic district building violations regarding the exterior of residential properties.
Department personnel may already be aware of a problem and may already be working to solve it. Sometimes, the information you provide is what was needed to learn about an issue.

Interior inspections are handled differently than exterior inspections. A separate form is used to request an interior residential property inspection.
