Zoning Section
What We Do
The Zoning Section reviews all commercial occupancy and building permits for compliance with the Zoning Code which is located in Title 26 of the 1994 City of St. Louis Revised Code.
Permits are approved as a Use By Right, referred to a Conditional Use hearing, or denied; denials may be appealed to the Board of Adjustment.
We also review & process the following:

- Plat & Petition signatures
