Non-Residential Wholesalers, Manufacturer and Distributor Liquor Requirements

All liquor license applicants excluding those excepted by ordinance 68536 must comply with the following requirements.

Requirements

1. A completed liquor or beer application.
2. Application fees totaling $450.00 (check/money order).Non refundable
3. Proof of Missouri voter's registration.
4. Photo of managing officer and corporate president. No driver's license photo's.
5. Copy of current paid personal property tax receipt.
6. Copy of certificate of incorporation or authority to do business in the state.
7. Copy of articles of incorporation.
8. A resolution appointing managing officer.
9. Copy of operating agreement for LLC
10. Copy of city of St. Louis business license (room 104 cityhall).
11. Copy of original Missouri State sales tax number issued by the Department of Revenue.
12. Copy of original federal identification number issued by the IRS.
13. Copy of current Missouri certificate of no tax due (valid within the last 90 days) if applicable.
14. A list of employees.
15. Naturalization papers, if required.
16. Upon approval of the liquor license, there will be an additional license fee that will apply depending on the type of license applied for.
