This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 1417-1433 Tower Grove Ave. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow 1417-1433 Tower Grove Ave. to have 5-year tax abatement based on 75% of the assessed value of the incremental improvements. The project consists of the renovation of an existing mixed use building in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. The prospective redeveloper plans on converting the building into 10 apartments. Approximate cost of the project is $1,061,442.
