This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 4635 and 4627 Ridgewood Ave. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow up to a 10-year tax abatement based on 95% of the assessed value of the incremental improvements. The project consists of the renovation a multi-family project consisting of 273 senior (62+) and disabled low-income housing units spread across two buildings.
