Waste Disposal Fines
Summary
The proposed bill will: revise Section Fifteen of Ordinance Number 71123 concerning the transportation and disposal of waste tires, codified in Chapter 11.70.150 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, to increase the penalties for violations of Chapter 11.70; delete Section 13(b) of Ordinance Number 59121concerning solid waste disposal and the determination of standard fines, codified in Chapter 11.02.375, and revise Section 13(a) of Ordinance Number 59121 to increase the penalties for violations of Chapter 11.02; and revises Section 3 of Ordinance Number 62330 concerning dumping waste materials without permission, codified in Chapter 15.80.020 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, to increase the fines for violations of Chapter 15.80.010.
