Recognizing That Addiction is a Health Problem
Summary
NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we recognize that addiction to illegal and prescription drugs is a public health issue, and that the City's efforts to reduce crime should include funding addiction treatment and prevention programs.
