NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the many achievements and honors of Marvin Neals, PhD and the 1981 MSHSAA Division 4A Basketball Champions, Soldan Tigers celebrating their 40 year Anniversary.
