NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor, during Black History Month, Mr. Shawn Walker and his innovative business "Candy Shop Custom Bike, LLC" as well as his effort to encourage property ownership as a part of his work to improve the African American community.
