Summary

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pursuant to Article IV, Section 8 of the City Charter and Rule 18 and Appendix E. of The Rules of the Board of Aldermen, authorize the use of subpoena powers, on any matter which is within each committees jurisdiction for the following Board of Aldermen Committees: Streets, Traffic, and Refuse, Housing, Urban Development and Zoning; Legislation; Neighborhood Development; Parks and Environment; Personnel and Administration; Public Employees; Public Safety; Public Utilities; Ways and Means; Transportation and Commerce; Education and Youth Matters; and Convention and Tourism.
