NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our boundless gratitude and immense appreciation to Dr. Matifadza Hlatshwayo Davis, and we pause in our deliberations to recognize her exceptional service and contributions to the health and well-being of the City of St. Louis.
