Linda L. Raclin, J.D., LL.M.

Linda Raclin is currently a Senior Lecturer in Health Policy, and Chair of the Health Policy Analysis Specialization, at the Brown School in Washington University in St. Louis. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College, her law degree from the Catholic University of America, and her master of laws degree from St. Louis University Law School.
Ms. Raclin’s professional background is as a health and environmental lawyer and former law professor at St. Louis University Law School. Her areas of research include health reform, expanding sexual and reproductive health care for women, men and LGBTQ populations, and increasing health care access for disadvantaged communities.
Before moving to St. Louis, Ms. Raclin was an attorney in Washington, D.C., where her practice focused on a variety of health and environmental issues. She was formerly with K&L Gates in Washington, D.C., and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York. Ms. Raclin’s practice concentrated on representing clients on health and environmental regulatory compliance issues, transactional matters, and in litigation.
In St. Louis, Ms. Raclin is a current member (and former Chairman of the Board) of the Board of Trustees of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri. She is also a member of the Friends Board of St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Ms. Raclin is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Network for Public Health Law.
