Summary
The City of St. Louis plans to use Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), CFDA #21.027, to address the urgent needs of residents who are experiencing adverse financial and employment impacts from the Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020-2021. The ARPA funds will deliver direct relief in the form of direct cash assistance to residents financially burdened by the economic and health conditions of the Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020-2021.
