Summary
The Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, October 2022, replaces Parts I and II of the Standard Specifications, Bid Items, and Standard Details for Street and Alley Construction, November 2015 and is effective for projects bid after October 1, 2022. The standard details found in Part III of the latter publication are under revision and will be printed under separate cover and, until such time, remain in effect.
