Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority
The LCRA oversees many aspects of public and private real estate development in the City of St. Louis.
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority consists of a five-member board and support staff that oversees many aspects of public and private real estate development in the City of St. Louis. One of the primary functions of LCRA is to review development proposals that include requests for public assistance in the form of tax abatement or tax-exempt revenue bonds.
Meetings will be held in the Board Room of the St. Louis Development Corporation, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, at 3:00 p.m., on the Tuesday of the last full week of each month.
