About The MLS Stadium Project
St. Louis CITY SC’s proposed stadium is on track for the historic, inaugural 2023 season and will become more than a sports venue. It will be a destination in a new Downtown West district that will reflect our rich history and look forward into our future. Our mission will be nothing short of creating architecture, green spaces and gathering places that inspire our city and our fans. The stadium will introduce best-in-class technology to provide a unique and inclusive experience for all fans from the entire St. Louis region.
St. Louis CITY SC is continuing to work with the city, including a number of public officials, as the construction on the stadium site continues. The footprint of the stadium will include the area north of Market Street between 20th and 22nd Streets. This area will provide better access for fans and allow for the development of a year-round urban hub surrounding the stadium. This will not only allow for the development of a world class stadium, but will transform Downtown West into an urban activity hub open year-round and easily accessible via pedestrian pathways, bicycle and public transit.
