NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen calls upon Missouri’s elected federal officials to take affirmative steps, and encourage their respective chambers’ leaders and the Whitehouse to come to the table in good faith to negotiate a prompt end to the partial government shutdown.
