This commissioned hotel study by the Land Reutilization Clearance Authority (LCRA) provides a baseline assessment of the current (and proposed) supply of hotel properties in St. Louis' central corridor and assesses the demand for additional hotel development. The report is intended to inform LCRA on the degree to which development incentives may be needed to support hotel development in the area of the Central Business District (CBD) sub-market and the Cortex/Central West-End (CWE) sub-market.
