Pre-Bidding:
Respondents must attend one of two available mandatory walkthroughs of the NEEC. The mandatory walkthroughs will occur on Thursday, July 7 at 9:00 am, and on Friday, July 8 at 3:00 pm. SLDC staff will meet with Respondents at the front entrance of the NEEC located on the Eastern side of Sumner High School along Cottage Avenue.
