Code of Ordinances Title 3 - Administration Chapter 3.36 - Department of Welfare Part XV. - Office of the Disabled
Within ninety days of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this part there shall be established an advisory council on the disabled which shall consist of nine (9) members, at least five (5) of whom shall themselves be disabled. -
