Public Benefits Navigators: Migrant and Immigrant Community Action Project 03-22SLFRF
Funding will be used to contract with experienced local service providers with the capacity to administer, staff and implement the emergency housing stabilization program by providing public benefit navigation and case management for individuals and families who have access barriers to prevent them from becoming homeless Providers will perform completion of the application process into the centralized program, follow up, reporting, resource referral, marketing and outreach'
