Community Health Workers: Affinia Healthcare Inc. HD 24-44
The Health Department has used these funds to hire per-performance public health workers to conduct contact tracing, outreach and education pertaining to COVID-19 and recent variants. This team may provide other community health services to households impacted by COVID-19, including public health education and lead and mold remediation.
