Call Hotline & Centralized Intake: United Way
Support an agency or agencies to operate a live 24-hour a day hotline where people can call, obtain brief intake, be directed to emergency shelter beds when available, be placed on waiting list for openings on shelter, and linked to city funded short term hotel vouchers and other resources Funds to also provide transportation for any individuals who need support to reach shelter or hotel bed This will be a RFP to contract with a third party agency'
